Fried Beehoon with Drumstick

Ingredients A
Chicken Drumstick~ 2 pcs
Nam yu ~ 1 cube
Soya sauce ~ abit
Sugar ~ abit
Cayenne powder ~ abit
Mix together and marinate for half hour. Can be longer the better.

Let's air-fry the Chicken first.
Preheat 5mins 180 °C
Cooking 10 mins 180°C
Turn n continue cooking 10 mins 180°C
Last 3~4mins 200°C

Ingredients B
Beehoon ~ soak till soft
Carrot slice
Cabbage slice
Dried shrimp (soak n chop)
Garlic (chop fine)
Sauce (Water + dark soy sauce + oyster sauce)

Ok, beehoon frying time:
Fried dry scrimp until fragrance
Fried Garlic
Add in carrot + cabbage
Add in beehoon
Pour in some Sauce
Add in soy sauce to add saltiness
Add in Five Spice Powder
~Fry & mix everything together ~
Done.... lunch ready to serve.
